Neighborhood Housing Foundation Submits Plans For 100% Affordable Housing Project In Miami-Dade County

A pre-application is now under review for Liberty City Homes, an 8-story fully-affordable workforce housing development proposed for 9601 Northwest 22nd Avenue on the northeast corner lot of the intersection with Northwest 96th Street in the Sierra Nevada subdivision of the West Little River neighborhood. Designed by Emiliano Alberto Orozco and developed by Miami’s Neighborhood Housing Foundation (NHF), the 82-foot-tall building would offer 48 workforce housing units and parking spaces. Steve Blazekovic, Director of the NHF and President of the land-owning entity Alcanzable Inc, is listed as the applicant.

Developer Files Plans For A 10-Story Resi Project In Model City, Miami-Dade County

Hollywood-based Blue Monster Investments, LLC, has requested an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) for 4875 Northwest 22nd Avenue, a 10-story building of primarily residential use planned in Model City, Miami-Dade County. Designed by Plana International led by Boca Raton-based architect Jaime Plana, the 131-foot-tall structure is proposed to yield an approximate total of 31,039 square feet of space including 36 dwelling units, just under 773 square feet of commercial space, and 6 parking spaces. Construkom USA is listed as the applicant’s representative for the project.
