Renderings Reveal New Design For Midtown 7 At 3001 NE 1st Avenue In Midtown Miami

New renderings from Arquitectonica reveal a new design for Midtown 7, a 31-story residential highrise planned for 3001 Northeast 1st Avenue, one of the last undeveloped parcels in Midtown Miami. Developed by AMLI Residential (AMLI), the 330-foot-tall structure is proposed to yield 421,101 square feet of space, including 389 residential units, 28,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 501 parking spaces. Under the PPF AMLI 3001 NE 1ST AVENUE LLC, the developer filed a warrant application with Miami’s Urban Development Review Board requesting approval for several modifications to the Major Use Special Permit (MUSP) cemented for the site in 2017. Previously approved plans called for a 309-foot-tall structure with 386,779 square feet of space, including 391 residential units, 30,709 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 505 parking spaces.

South Florida-based Two Roads Development has unveiled plans for EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, the luxury brand’s first stand-alone collection of fully serviced condominium residences. Located at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Miami’s premier Edgewater neighborhood, the 55-story bayfront tower will enjoy over 800 linear feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay and uphold the EDITION brand’s quality of design, services, and amenities. The project will feature 185 bespoke homes showcased in a sleek, 649-foot-tall glass tower designed by visionary architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of Arquitectonica, with acclaimed interiors by Studio Munge led by Alessandro Munge. Construction is scheduled to begin in the Summer of 2023, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 36 months.

Snug Harbor Could Offer 256 Homes at 12000 Gandy Boulevard North, St. Petersburg, Florida

Developers hope to move forward with a development dubbed “Snug Harbor,” a mixed-use venture in St. Petersburg, Florida. St. Pete Rising reports that the community could offer 376 housing units on a 39-acre plot. The north end of the development would offer 120 rental units spread across two buildings. That area will also have a waterfront restaurant, 200 dry slips, and 45 wet slips.
