A townhome community going by the name of Quo Townhomes, or possibly Princeton Townhomes, has been proposed for 12891 Southwest 248th Street in Princeton, a neighborhood located towards the southern end of Miami-Dade County. The application was filed by a developer listed as Princeton 1 BH26, LLC, and has chosen architect Alfonso Jurado of Alfonso Jurado Architecture to design the 2.7 acre development. The project should yield approximately 84,982 square feet across 66 two-and-three-story townhomes across 6 currently vacant plots of land.

Terra Group Plans For 3 Million Square-Foot Transit-Oriented Upland Park Development In Beacon Lakes

On June 15, 2021, Coconut Grove-based Terra Group, lead by founders David and Pedro Martin, came to an early agreement with Miami-Dade County for the development of Upland Park, a 3 million square-foot transit-oriented mixed-use project to be located near Dolphin Station. The developer has taken on a 97-year lease on the 33-acre property at the crossroad of the Florida Turnpike and Dolpnin Expressway. Terra is also planning to incorporate Dolpbon station into the development to make it fully transit-oriented.
