Construction started on Lil’ Abner Apartments II in August 2021, according to the South Florida Business Journal. Construction on Lil’ Abner Apartments I ended in 2013. Now, the second phase is underway. It will offer affordable housing options to seniors living in Sweetwater, FL. The community is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2023.
Bryce Landing is undergoing construction in Middleburg, FL. Construction started in early 2021 and will conclude in May 2022. The Housing Trust Group, LLC (HTG) owns the venture. According to the organization’s website, homes are reserved for those making 30 to 60 percent of the area median income.
Aletto Square is unfolding in Palm Beach County, FL. The multi-million-dollar venture will include two high-rise buildings offering residential, office, and commercial space. It’s owned by Compson Associates, Inc. which is based in Boynton Beach.
Grandview at Bay Beach is halfway to completion in Lee County, FL. The 11-story tower features 58 residences, ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet each. Units come outfitted with open floor plans, private elevators, balconies, and gourmet kitchens. Options range from three- to four-bedroom layout plans.
In 2019, AHS Residential announced plans to build a 288-unit community in Palm Beach County, FL. Called “AHS Pine Ridge,” the community broke ground in August 2021. Completion’s slated for the first quarter of 2023.
