18-Story Expansion Proposed For Camden Pier District Apartments In Downtown St. Petersburg

Texas-based Camden Property Trust is planning to redevelop a corner parcel of land adjacent to their Camden Pier District Apartments, previously known as AER Luxury Apartments, and expand the development with an 18-story residential tower at 201 4th Avenue South in the Waterfront Arts District in Downtown St. Petersburg. The developer recently purchased the 0.23-acre piece of property for $2.1 million, which is currently improved with a small medical office and a single family home. Both structures will be demolished to make way for the new tower which is planned to yield 95 additional apartments and rise approximately 200-feet.

Mast Capital Submits Application For Design Review Approval Of The 8-Story 3900 Alton Road Residential Development

Miami real estate developer Mast Capital has submitted an application for design review approval of the new 8-story multi-family residential development proposed for 3900 Alton Road located in the Bayshore neighborhood of Miami Beach. Michael Larkin and a few other attorneys of Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes represent M 4000 Alton Owner, LLC in the application. The 197,780-square-foot structure will yield 176 residential units, 6,060 square feet of amenities, and 254 covered parking spaces while rising approximately 85-feet. Bernardo Fort-Brescia, co-founder of renown architectural firm Arquitectonica, is leading the design for the project with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect.

An application for an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) has been submitted to Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources for the development of West Aventura Town Center’s East Block Phase II, a massive mixed-use project consisting of retail and residential space within an 8-story building over approximately 114,334 square feet of land. Designed by Miami-based ATL Architecture, this portion of the development will yield a total of 350 dwelling units and approximately 21,937 square feet of commercial space with 717 parking spaces.
