Avida Aventura To Offer 266 Residential Units at 19401 West Dixie Highway, Miami, Florida

Fifield Companies broke ground on Avida Aventura in early 2022. The developer acquired the 4.06-acre build site for $12 million in April 2021. The eight-story building will offer 266 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom options. They range from 470 square feet to 1,400 square feet each. Many models come with balconies. Previously, the project was called “Aventura Crossing.”

Miami-based developer Shoma Group is excited to announce Shoma Bay, a 2.8-acre mixed-use development in the thriving waterfront community of North Bay Village. Anchored by a 36,068-square-foot Publix, the project will boast a 21-story, 327-unit luxury apartment community and 6,315 square feet of retail space including a rooftop lounge and a Shoma Bazaar food hall. Residences range in size from 324-square-foot furnished micro studios to 1,435-square-foot three-bedroom units. A portion of the project will be workforce housing.
