Developers Break Ground On WNWD21 At 2150 N. Miami Avenue In Wynwood, Miami

Miami-based real estate developer Related Group and private equity firm Rockpoint have broken ground on WNWD21, a new 12-story, two-towered mixed-use development consisting of 304 apartments, over 18,000 square feet of retail, 63,000 square feet of office space, and 7-level parking garage for over 500 vehicles. Located in the heart of the Wynwood at 2150 North Miami Avenue, the project is designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates with interior design from ID & Design International (iddi Design). Beauchamp Construction Company is spearheading the construction, with completion expected for the third quarter of 2024.

UDRB Filing Shows Updated Design And Building Program For Civica Center Phase II At 1050 NW 14th Street In Miami

Boston-based developers The Congress Group and Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC have refiled plans for Civica Center Phase II, a 27-story residential tower proposed for 1050 Northwest 14th Street in the Allapattah neighborhood of Miami. Designed by CUBE3 Architects with Kimley-Horn as the civil engineer and landscape architect, updated plans for the 310-foot-tall structure call for 342 dwelling units ranging from studio through two-bedroom floors plans spanning between 552 to 1,240 square feet and 7-levels of parking for 584 vehicles. Bercow and Radell is the legal representative for the project, which Northwest 14 Street binds to the north, State Road 836 to the south, Northwest 10th Avenue to the east, and Northwest Highland Road to the west.
