A new residential complex, tentatively called “Lake Wire Apartments,” could soon call Melbourne, Florida, home. The venture could replace a former retirement center and instead install 84 luxury apartments. The low-rise building would measure four stories above grade.
Lineaire Group, a Miami-based real estate development and investment company, in partnership with ONE Sotheby’s International, announces Surf Row Residences, a new ultra-luxury residential development located at 8800 Collins Avenue in Surfside. Featuring a collection of eight private beach homes designed by award-winning firm Rene Gonzalez Architects (RGA), the development offers refined interiors, the utmost privacy, and unparalleled indoor-outdoor living adjacent to the beach. Only a few residences have been released and sales are currently by invitation only.
Briny Residences is a mixed-use housing development slated for Pompano Beach, Florida. The high-rise tower will comprise 40 condos measuring 1,565 square feet to 2,324 square feet each. Amenities include a second-story pool deck and 100 parking spots (about two per unit).
Soon, two single-family homes could be demolished to make way for a seven-story residential building in Hollywood, Florida. The $8 million venture will comprise more than 48,000 square feet of new construction and offer 53 homes.
PulteGroup, Inc. has revealed plans for two new communities in Orlando, Florida. The first community, named “the Cove at Nona Sound,” will comprise townhomes measuring 1,652 square feet to 1,858 square feet. The neighboring community, “the Estates at Nona Sound,” will be a gated community offering homes measuring about 1,900 square feet to 5,300 square feet each.
