Detailed Interior Renderings Revealed Of The St. Regis Residences Miami Following The Official Sales Launch

Leading real estate developers Related Group (Related) and Integra Investments – alongside premier brokerage One Sotheby’s International Realty – have officially launched sales on the East Tower of The St. Regis Residences, Miami, a pair of 47 and 48-story ultra-luxury residential towers planned to rise in Miami’s Financial District fronting Biscayne Bay. Located at 1809 Brickell Avenue in Brickell, one of the city’s most highly sought-after neighborhoods, the towers boast architectural and interiors designs by New York City-based visionaries Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and the Rockwell Group. The East Tower will contain 149 residences, of which all will be bathed in natural light and offer a subdued color palette with luxurious detailing, including light oak cabinetry, bronze fixtures, and a monumental stone-topped island. Master bathrooms include separate double vanities and powder rooms as well as opulent freestanding bathtubs. Homes will range from a 2,300 square foot two-bedroom to 8,900 square foot duplexes, with prices starting at $2,800,000.

Water Street Tampa Achieves LEED Silver Certification For Neighborhood Development Plan

Tampa-based real estate development firm Strategic PropertyPartners, LLC (SPP) recently announced that Water Street Tampa — the mixed-use development transforming 56 contiguous acres along the Downtown Tampa’s waterfront — has achieved LEED silver certification under the category of LEED® for Neighborhood Development: Plan, which focuses on the design of public spaces between buildings and how they will be used by people in the community. The United States Green Building Council awarded this certification to Water Street Tampa for the design of its walkable streets, tree-lined and shaded streetscapes, access to quality public transit, proximity between housing and jobs, and energy-efficient infrastructure, all part of Water Street Tampa’s commitment to employ sustainability and wellness-based design on a district-wide scale.

PB Riverfront Unveils Conceptual Renderings For Jacksonville’s Second Tallest Tower

Conceptual renderings have been released for  40-story, 550-foot-tall mixed-use building planned for 500 Bay Street East along the Northbank in Downtown Jacksonville, the site of the recently demolished Berkman Plaza II. Designed by Jacksonville-based KBJ Architects, who has over 70 years sculpting the Downtown skyline, and developed by PB Riverfront Revitalization of Jacksonville LLC, the building is being proposed as the potential second tallest tower in Jacksonville and would yield approximately 469 residential units including 250 apartments, 219 condos for sale and 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail. PB Riverfront managing member Park Beeler estimated the cost of the project at $170 million. Renderings were unveiled by the developer following the implosion of the previous structure, which stood on the property unfinished for 15 years.

26-Story Mixed-Use Tower ‘Venus’ Proposed For 2060 Northeast 164th Street In North Miami Beach

The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of North Miami Beach will consider plans for NMB Venus, a 26-story mixed-use development proposed to improve an existing surface parking lot at 2050 Northeast 164th Street. Designed by Burgos Lanza Architects & Planners and developed by Crep NMB Venus LLC, an affiliate of New York City-based developer Carpe Real Estate Partners, the development is proposed to yield 651,620 square feet of new construction including 351,584 of residential space across 439 rental units, 10,735 square feet of ground floor commercial space and an integrated parking garage with 499 spaces. Fortis Design + Build is listed as the development manager with Kimley-Horn as the civic engineer and landscape architect.
