The St. Regis Residences, Miami is a luxury housing development unfolding in Miami, Florida. Sources report that the multi-million-dollar venture could start construction in late 2023. Upon completion, the east tower alone will offer close to 150 residences in a high-rise building. They start at $2.9 million.
Mount Dora, Florida, will soon be home to the Cottages on 11th, a 10.80-acre community featuring 27 single-family homes. Cottages begin in the $700,000s, while homesites start in the $200,000. The lots measure at least 6,000 square feet each. The cottages themselves measure at least 1,600 square feet.

Designed by visionary architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of Arquitectonica, with acclaimed interiors by Studio Munge led by Alessandro Munge, the soaring 649-foot-tall sleek glass tower will comprise 185 bespoke homes and boast over 800 linear feet of bay frontage and uphold the quality of design, services, and amenities, signature to the EDITION brand. Construction is slated to begin in the Summer of 2023, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 36 months.
Palm Beach County will soon be home to the Reserve at Atlantic, a mixed-use development resting on a 39.8-acre build site. The land was formerly used for agricultural purposes. The Palm Beach Post reports that the development will comprise at least 450 homes––over 100 of which are set aside as workforce housing.
