Overtown Block 19, a 25-story mixed-use development planned for 1159 Northwest 1st Court in Overtown, has received approval from Miami’s Urban Development Review Board. Designed by Nichols Architects with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect and developed by RNG Overtown LLC, based in Morganville, New Jersey, the approximate 275-foot-tall structure will comprise 606,942 square feet of space across two towers joint by a podium, including 413 multifamily units, roughly 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 505 parking spaces.
Ground has officially broken on Ludlam Trail Towers, an affordable housing development in Miami-Dade County. The venture will comprise 64 apartments ranging from 760 square feet to 1,000 square feet each. The community itself measures five stories.

The six-story midrise will feature 28 well-appointed apartments designed with high-quality finishes, personalized door attendants, and concierge service. The development aims to set a new standard for rental living in Miami, offering convenient on-site amenities and focusing on providing a comfortable, hassle-free home experience. Construction of the first building, led by OHLA, is expected to be completed in 2024.
