Accent Daytona is a new residential venture slated for Volusia County. Sources note that the six-acre community will offer about 250 apartments spread across five mid-rise buildings. Plans call for 47.67 units per acre.
Plans have been submitted to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) for The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a 71-story solar-powered highrise residential building slated for 1428 Brickell Avenue in the heart of the Brickell financial district. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Ytech, the 861-foot-tall superstructure will yield approximately 824,681 square feet and contain 284 dwelling units, nearly 30,000 square feet of amenities, and an integrated 6-story garage with 503 parking spaces. Cosentini Associates is the project’s solar energy consultant, and John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor.
TRIO at JubiLee Park is undergoing construction in Orlando, Florida. It’s the third (and final part) of an already-existing community, which comprises Bellanova at JubiLee Park and Cortland JubiLee Park. Combined, the two presently offer 642 apartments.
After closing on a $102.5 million loan from Related Fund Management earlier this year, Cymbal DLT Companies is breaking ground on the multifamily housing project at 20775 Northwest 17th Avenue in Miami Gardens. Cymbal DLT, led by Asi Cymbal and Hector Torres, will be joined by Miami Gardens city officials and community leaders to mark the occasion.
Atlantica at Dania Beach is a $45 million development undergoing construction in Broward County, FL. According to the Real Deal, the venture will offer 124 garden-style apartments. The homes will be spread across six three-story buildings, offering one-bedroom and two-bedroom layout plans.
