Developers hope to move ahead with Aura Cypress Creek, a luxury multifamily housing complex in northern Fort Lauderdale. Per the Sun-Sentinel, the community would offer 340 homes and ground floor commercial space.
It’s official: 441 Arthouse is unfolding in Lauderhill, Florida. The mixed-use complex will offer 245 apartments in a five-story building, per the South Florida Business Journal. Homes would measure 700 to 1,300 square feet, offering an array of floorplans.
Hollywood-based Blue Monster Investments, LLC, has requested an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) for 4875 Northwest 22nd Avenue, a 10-story building of primarily residential use planned in Model City, Miami-Dade County. Designed by Plana International led by Boca Raton-based architect Jaime Plana, the 131-foot-tall structure is proposed to yield an approximate total of 31,039 square feet of space including 36 dwelling units, just under 773 square feet of commercial space, and 6 parking spaces. Construkom USA is listed as the applicant’s representative for the project.
Miami-based developer 13th Floor Investments, under the 13th Floor Acquisitions, LLC, has filed plans for a 17-story mixed-use building at 19680 and 19770 West Dixie Highway in the Ojus neighborhood of Miami-Dade County, near Aventura. Designed by Corwil Architects, the nearly 190-foot-tall structure would yield 561,775 square feet of space including 350 multifamily residential units, approximately 5,300 square feet of ground floor retail, and 545 parking spaces with 20% designated for electric vehicle charging. The property is located just west of Aventura Mall and steps away from the new Brightline Aventura Station.
Officials in Homestead, Florida, will soon evaluate a proposal for Soleste Midtown Homestead. If approved, the $80 million mixed-use venture would feature about 350 apartments on a 20.8-acre lot.
