The Adler Group Moves Forward With Phase One Of The Redevelopment Of Miami’s Riverside Center

Miami-based developer Adler Group has made another stride forward with their plans to redevelop Miami’s Riverside Center, a 3-acre multi-building mixed use development located along the Miami River addressed as 230 Southwest 3rd Street and 444 Southwest 2nd Avenue. A deal was just recently inked with Miami-Dade County at the cost of $603,586.50 to connect the development to the city’s utilities. The deal will allow the connection for 430 residential units, 286,000 square feet of office space and a 14,000-square-foot full service restaurant. NBWW Architects is design architect for the project.

NATIIVO Prepares To Go Vertical As FAA Approves Two Tower Cranes For 601 NE 1st Avenue

The Federal Aviation Administration has granted approvals for the installation and use of four tower construction cranes at 601 Northeast 1st Avenue, the address for the upcoming NATIIVO, a 51-story, 588-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper set to rise on the northeast corner of NE 1st Avenue and NE 6th Street in Downtown Miami. The tower is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors being handled by Urban Robot Associates, and developed by Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC which is owned by the Galbut Family. The tower is expected to yield 932,839 square feet of space and intends to service the home-sharing and short-term-rental industry.

Chicago-Based AMLI Residential Breaks Ground On 316-Unit AMLI Wynwood

The ongoing construction boom and transformation of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District continues with Chicago-based AMLI Residential breaking ground on one of the neighborhoods largest projects to-date titled AMLI Wynwood, an 8-story mixed-use building that should yield approximately 544,515 square-feet of space including 316 luxury residential units, 30,596 square-feet of commercial/retail space, and 388 parking spaces. The structure is designed by renown design firm Arquitectonica, and is located at 70 Northwest 25th Street, nestled near the center of the block between N. Miami Avenue and N.W. 2nd Avenue with N.W. 24th Street on the other side of the property line.

Renderings And Axonometric Diagrams For 37-Story One Ashley On Tampa’s Riverwalk

Developer Two Roads Development is currently in the planning stages for One Ashley, a 37-story mixed-use tower proposed for Downtown Tampa. Addressed as 103 Ashley Drive South, the currently vacant site sits along the Tampa Riverwalk and right across the street from the developers Tampa office at 100 Ashley Drive South. They have tapped world-class design firm Arquitectonica with Adache Group Architects as the architect of record to design the 409-foot-tall structure, which will consist a mix of residential and hotel space, and restaurant uses.
