Plans have been submitted to the City of Miami Planning Department and Office of Zoning for The Collective Wynwood. Addressed as 2825 Northwest 2nd Avenue, the proposal calls for the construction of an 8-to-12 story mixed-use building on a L-shaped plot of land in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. New York-based The Collective is listed as the owner of the application under the Wynwood Gateway II, LLC.

Society Biscayne At 400 Biscayne Boulevard Continues Ascent In Downtown Miami

Construction is making steady progress at Society Biscayne designed by Sieger Suarez, a 571-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper rising in Downtown Miami. Developed by Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners, the 49-story tower is located at the south-east corner of Biscayne Boulevard and NE 5th Street. The site is addressed as 400 Biscayne Boulevard, sitting directly across the street from Bayside Marketplace and just steps away from the American Airlines Arena. This development also happens to be one of the largest to rise in the current building boom, adding a total of 951,573 square feet of real estate to the city of Miami.

Renderings Revealed For Related Group’s PRH N. Miami In Wynwood Arts District

Miami’s Wynwood Arts District is set to gain yet another new development following a new proposal from Related Group. The prominent developer looks to redevelop two sites at 2150 and 2115 North Miami Avenue along NW 22nd Street, bounded by NW Miami Ct. to the west and Florida’s East Coast Rail Road to the east. The proposal calls for two 12-story mixed-use buildings topping out at 157-feet, designed by CFE Architects.

PMG & Greybrook Officially Announce The 1,049-Foot-Tall Waldorf Astoria Miami

Developers Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook Realty Partners have officially announced their next grand development, and it will come in the form of a mixed-use supertall skyscraper that will become not only the tallest, but also the first to rise of its height class in the state of Florida; the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences. Addressed as 300 Biscayne Boulevard, the 100-story tower will elevate the Downtown Miami skyline to new heights at 1,049-feet, additionally picking up the title of the tallest building south of New York City.
