The Related Group Applies For Air Park Obstruction Permit To Build 243-Foot-Tall Condo Tower At 900 N Ocean Blvd In Pompano Beach

The City of Pompano Beach’s Planning and Zoning has received an application from Keith and Associates, Inc. on behalf of the Related Group for an Air Park Obstruction Permit to build a 243-foot-tall condo tower above sea level. This project is one we’ve covered before, which is planned to rise 21-stories and addressed as 900 North Ocean Boulevard intersecting with Northeast 10th Street and facing the Atlantic Ocean. The developer has selected world-class architectural firm Arquitectonica to design the 470,691-square-foot tower which should yield 119 dwelling units, 2,207 square feet of commercial space and 232 parking spaces.

Construction Permits Filed For Society Wynwood At 2431 NW 2nd Avenue In Wynwood, Miami

New construction permits have been filed for a 114-foot-tall, 8-story mixed-use development at 2431 Northwest 2nd Street in Wynwood, Miami. Developers Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners are once again partnering on another project, expanding their popular Society Living brand with Society Wynwood. According to the permit filing, the structure will yield 680,783 square feet of space including 318 residential units, 54,580 square feet and possibly 211 parking spaces across 2 levels. Sieger Suarez Architects is responsible for the design, and Moriarty Construction is the general contractor.

297-Foot-Tall Tower Crane Approved By The FAA For Wynwood Haus At 1765 North Miami Avenue In The Wynwood Arts District

The Federal Aviation Administration has granted approvals for the assemblage and use of a 297-foot-tall tower crane at 1765 North Miami Avenue, the address for the upcoming Wynwood Haus, a 20-story, 222-foot-tall mixed-use tower set to rise on the northeastern corner of N. Miami Ave. and NE 17th Terrace in Wynwood, Miami. The tower is designed by Corwil Architects with landscaping curated by Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design, and developed by TSG Group and Lineaire Group. The tower is expected to yield 224 residences with approximately 5,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 222 parking spaces.

BTI Partners’ Twin 35-Story Towers Receive FAA Approval To Rise 416-Feet In Hollywood, Florida

Fort Lauderdale-based developer BTI Partners can now move forward with Hollywood Young Circle, two twin 35-story mixed-use towers proposed for 1701 East Young Circle in Hollywood, Florida. The Federal Aviation Administration has cleared the way for the project to rise 416-feet above sea level as of July 6, 2021 and deems the structures structure would have no substantial adverse effect on the safe and efficient utilization of the navigable airspace by aircraft or on the operation of air navigation facilities. The towers will feature designs from Zyscovich Architects, yielding a combined 1,906,796 square feet including 802 residential units, 112,297 square feet of retail space, and 72,054 square feet of office space.
