Sales Launch For The 70-Story Okan Tower At 555 North Miami Avenue In Downtown Miami

Sales have launched for the highly-anticipated Okan Tower, a 70-story mixed-use skyscraper planned to rise at 555 North Miami Avenue in the epicenter of Miami’s urban core. Designed by Behar Font & Partners for Turkish real estate developer Okan Group, the 902-foot-tall structure will be anchored by Hilton Hotel & Residences and yield 163 Sky Residences with exclusive owners-only amenities, 236 Condo-Hotel Residences, a five-star hotel-resort with 316 room and endless amenities, and Class A Office Space. Plans for the project are now being fast-tracked with Fortune Development Sales leading sales and marketing.

Development Review Commission Approves Kolter Group’s 41-Story Tower At 200 Central Avenue In St. Petersburg

Delray Beach-based developer Kolter Group is moving forward with the plans for project at 200 Central Avenue, a 41-story mixed-use building planned to rise on an existing grade-level parking lot in Downtown St. Petersburg. Despite some hesitation with the overall design, the city’s Development Review Commission ultimately gave the green light for project and site plan modifications requesting floor area ratio bonuses. Designed by SB Architects, the firm behind the design of Kolter’s One St. Petersburg and Saltaire towers, the structure will rise approximately 480-feet including the decorative crown, and yield 248 residential units, 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail, and 482 parking spaces.

Chetrit Group Lands $310 Million Loan From Madison Realty Capital For The Kobi Karp-Designed 6.2-Acre Miami River Mega Project

The Chetrit Group’s vision for the 6.2-acre Miami River may finally come to fruition after landing a loan to begin construction. The New York City-based developer was granted $310 million in financing from Madison Realty Capital for the first two phases of the 4.2 million-square-foot mega project in Brickell, which is comprised of building the first of four towers and the additions and improvements to the riverwalk. The deal was arranged by Henry Bodek of Galaxy Capital Group, and is collateralized by the land for the last three phases. Kobi Karp is the architect for development, which will ultimately yield 1,928 residential units, 330 hotel rooms, 196,882-square-feet of retail space, and 98,040-square-feet of office space across multiple glass-clad towers along with boat slips, an outdoor theater, a residents lounge, a business center, a state-of-the-art gym, a pool, and a café.
